Trail Missions exists to go beyond the main road to spread the hope and freedom of Jesus Christ to the unreached people in Zambia.
Churches Planted
Pastors Trained
Wells Drilled
Join us on a life-changing journey to the remote villages of Zambia. Each two-week trip is an opportunity to share the Gospel, dig wells, and build lasting relationships.
Something extraordinary is happening. After much prayer, Trail Missions leaders and partners are fully sponsoring 40 college-age young adults from across the U.S. — airfare, housing, meals, and transportation all covered — for 1–3 months of transformative ministry in Western Zambia.
Four teams launching June through August. Camp in villages, share the Gospel with people who've never heard it, plant churches, and close out with Victoria Falls and safari adventures.

We drive hours off of the main road to remote villages to share the Gospel message with those who have never heard it.
We plant a church and train local leaders with biblically sound teaching through our School of Ministry program.
We equip our pastors and church congregations to continue taking the Good News of Jesus to surrounding unreached communities.
We believe the foundation of what we do is built on the sacrifice people like you make when you come on mission with us. See what God is doing through Trail Missions.
Over 7 years ago, our founder Jack Mututwa, a native Zambian, started Trail Missions to take the Gospel into the most remote parts of Zambia — places where no one else was willing to go.
Since then, over 160 wells have been drilled, over 51 churches have been planted, and over 81 pastors have been trained. We've seen countless Zambians find hope in the Gospel, give their lives to Christ, and take God's Word to their families and communities.
We believe the church is the most equipped to meet the physical and spiritual needs of everyone — including those forgotten by the rest of the world.
Thousands of people living far off the main road of Zambia don't have access to clean drinking water. Disease and death plague villages and communities. With your help, we can dig wells that give people access to clean water — changing families for generations.
Children have a greater life expectancy
Diseases and infestations are eliminated
People taste the sweetness of clean water for the first time
Whether it's a two-week short-term trip or an extended long-term mission, there's a place for you in what God is doing in Zambia.
